I'M SO HAPPY YOU ARE HERE!
‘What would you attempt if you knew that you could not fail?’
When I was younger, I felt that I was not free, I saw myself as failing at life, and as a result I looked for reasons in the outside world. My longing for freedom and fulfilment led me to listen more deeply and to develop my awareness. I began to understand that I possess a lot of strength and that I bear ultimate responsibility for my actions and their consequences. What I’d been missing was the ability to channel my energy in the right direction and the knowledge of what it was that I really wanted. Only once I became honest with myself was I able to develop my potential. Coaching has helped me to begin this process. It has enabled me to change my perspective and to access all of the knowledge that was already deep inside of me.
I’ve chosen to pursue my passion, which I firmly believe to be my true vocation in life: coaching.
My name is Christine Westermayr.
I am 39 years of age.
I am a coach.
I guide individuals and companies
on their journey to heightened awareness
and greater personal development.

My personal career has been colorful and diverse, and it portrays many of my most important qualities: my curiosity to learn, my desire to take responsibility, and my passion for working with people. I am here to accompany you on the path of developing your personal potential. A student of Milton Erickson, the well-known hypnotherapist, my teacher, Marilyn Atkinson, has inspired me with her solution-oriented coaching. She has shown me how one can virtually “move mountains” through the power of pure imagination and clear focus.
My core competence lies in working with people towards their personal development.
My enduring desire for freedom has led me through a continuing process of personal-development. A corporate career of 17 years, in various executive positions, and my more recent professional role as Managing Director of a mid-sized company have provided me with a fertile field in which to cultivate the skills necessary to listen to clients in a differentiated and compassionate way.
Be aware of your strengths and weaknesses …
… because in your areas of strength you also have
the greatest potential for growth. I invite you to work with me in order
to identify your strengths. Become the best version of yourself
by strengthening your strengths. Your strengths are a fertile ground
for your personal success. We are happiest when we
use our greatest strengths, when we stay true to ourselves and live authentically.

My professional career allows me to view situations through “corporate glasses” and from various perspectives (from trainee to managing director), understanding the different rewards and challenges involved at each level.
Continual personal development, proactively requesting feedback from different perspectives and levels, deep listening, reflection, and mindfulness have all contributed to bring me personal success. In my view, personal success means satisfaction, happiness, self-acceptance and fulfilment. Everything else flows from these.
Before starting work, I begin each day with powerful techniquesof concentration, like yoga and pranayama. These help to train my mind and to enhance my focus, concentration, and balance. Mindfulness practice has been an integral part of my personal success.
Do you have the courage to change?
